- GrabKick - A tool to copy the contents of any Kickstart ROM into a file
- ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
-
- Version 1.1 - 23-dec-92
-
- Certainly this is not the first tool to read Kickstart data, but
- I searched for such a program and don't have found it - so I had to write.
-
- GrabKick is suitable to use various Kickstart versions on a machine with
- MMU using SetCPU by Dave Haynie from AmigaLibDisk400 (KICKROM command),
- for instance to check software for work on older systems.
-
- GrabKick can be started from WorkBench or from Shell.
- Running GrabKick from Shell without argument or from Workbench will
- generate a file named Kickfile in the current directory.
- At Shell you can optional specify an output path/filename. Syntax:
-
- GrabKick [<filename>]
-
- GrabKick computes the size of any Kickstart version and should work with
- all future releases. For more information look into the source code.
